Komidi Rudat

It is a kind of traditional theatre of Lombok, which is filled by humoristic expression of the players. This theater belong to rudat dance group and influenced by moslem performance. It's telling about Islamic story.

Tandang Mendet

This dance is a part of a traditional ceremony called "ngayu ayu" from Sembalun village in the district of East Lombok. The series of ceremony involve the people of Sembalun Bumbung. The dancers consists of 8 soldiers with 6 men acting as soldiers, one man carries a "sumpit"(a blow-pipe weapon) and the other one acts as their "pemating"(leader). The dance movements express their thanks to the Almighty God.

Tandak Geroq

Tandak geroq is a traditional performance from east Lombok. Basically, it is combined with theatrical performance, vocal music and traditional musical instruments, such as bamboo flute and bowed flutes called "rebab". It is a unique dance and is performed after the harvesting time or after working hard in rice fields.
